• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Third-party claims related to purchased products

• Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed
• Orders may not be processed until payment is received

For approved business accounts, separate payment terms may apply.

• Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions
• Request additional verification before processing orders
